WBS CODING SCHOOL is on a mission to empower the next generation of tech professionals through immersive, 
high-quality education. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and passionate Junior Graphic Designer 
to join our Marketing team in Berlin.

This is a great opportunity for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment — and is

What You’ll Be Doing:


Brand Identity and Consistency
  • Contribute to the upkeep and refinement of existing brand guidelines, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and visual elements, ensuring they stay fresh, inclusive, reflective of our core values and user-friendly.
  • Apply brand standards consistently across design work and help other teams stay visually aligned.
  • Support other teams in applying our visual standards accurately across their deliverables, from digital campaigns to internal presentations.
Visual & Print Design
  • Design marketing assets for both digital and print platforms (brochures, posters, banners, Meta ads, YouTube shorts, social content, newsletters, presentation decks, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Content team to create compelling visuals for online campaigns.
  • Take part in ad creation, from ideation to execution, that captures attention and drives engagement.

Research & Innovation

  • Keep up with design trends, emerging tech, and audience insights to help us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Embrace AI tools and creative technologies to enhance design processes and scale creativity.

 

YOUR SKILLS

You share our collaborative proactive spirit, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and our enthusiasm to support our future students in being one step ahead in a constantly evolving world and training them to be an IT specialist of tomorrow. Together with our great team, you strive towards making WBS CODING SCHOOL better every day. Please note, that we are looking for someone Berlin based and available for regular collaboration with our team (hybrid setup available).

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant design experience with a solid portfolio showing both digital and print work, as well as conceptual thinking.
  • Skills in photography and video recording for capturing content at events or for marketing use.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and Figma or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and discuss design ideas clearly with stakeholders across teams.

Good to have:

  • Experience with UI design and landing page creation (e.g. designing wireframes or working with developers to bring pages to life).
  • Experience or strong interest in using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly).
